Student/Parent Contact Information Verification Guide

Student Account Address Verification Guide

Step 1: login to OLS Learning Coach Account at ols.k12.com

 

If you need assistance logging in, contact K12 support at help.k12.com or 866-512-2273

 

 

 

Step 2: Select the student to verify the address

 

 

Step 3: Use the "More" Dropdown to access your student's account information

 

Step 4: Confirm the correct mailing and shipping addresses are shown. If this is correct, no action is needed. To request an update, contact your student's advisor.

 

Step 5: Confirm the phone number listed. If an update is needed you can update directly on this page.

 


Learning Coach Information Verification Guide

Step 1: login to OLS Learning Coach Account at ols.k12.com

Step 2: Click on your profile in the top right and select "My Account". The information here is going to be connected to your adult account.

 

 

Step 3: Confirm your address is correct - for updates to your learning coach account, email your advisor.

 

Step 4: Confirm your personal email and phone numbers are correct. You can make needed corrections directly on this page and click save.
