   I am sorry to read that you are leaving us. We would love to have you continue your schooling with HVASC. Is there anything that I can help with that would allow you to stay? 

In order to process the withdrawal, we will need to complete a few steps.
  1. Please complete the following parent withdrawal form: https://na2.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=b480b838-482c-4031-96af-ab42f19d0c8f&env=na2&acct=19cf31b0-043a-49f2-878e-6b8e17540f09&v=2 
  2. You can provide the following information to the new school to request your student’s records.

    Fax: 864-558-0535 

      3. Please also reply to this email with the name of the school that your student will be attending and your last date with Heron Academy. 
      4. If the next school is a homeschool, please email the Membership Card or Welcome Letter that you received.

Para procesar el retiro, necesitaremos completar algunos pasos.

  2. Puede proporcionar la siguiente información a la nueva escuela para solicitar los registros de su hijo.

  1. Responda también a este correo electrónico con el nombre de la escuela a la que asistirá su hijo y su última cita con Heron Academy.
  2. Si la próxima escuela es una escuela en casa, envíe por correo electrónico la Tarjeta de Membresía o la Carta de Bienvenida que recibió.
