🎓 How to Find Student & Learning Coach Registration IDs 📧🔍
Once a new student is approved, both the student and their Learning Coach are assigned a Registration ID, which is required to set up their K12 Stride school login.
🛎️ Heads-Up!
K12 Stride sends this Registration ID to the Learning Coach via email from registration@k12.com titled: Welcome! Access Important School Account Info Here! . 📬 See K12 Step-By-Step Article
🙌If the Learning Coach and/or student cannot locate that email, Learning coaches can now request their registration email be resent to them under the accounts creation screen.
Log in to your staff K12 PowerSchool account.
Search for the specific student.
Go to Student Profile > Guardian and Student Account Access.
You’ll find the Student Registration ID and username there.
Go to Student Profile > Contact Management > Contacts Tab.
Click on the LC’s name to view Contact Details.
The LC’s Registration ID and username is located under Registration ID > click Display Info
❗Important: If two LC’s share the same email address, then it will not allow one or both of the LC’s to have data access to the student’s account. It will also cause the LC to not receive copies of student emails sent from K12PowerSchool.
Families can also reach out to K12 Customer Support by filling out the Request Support Online form. K12 will respond to the request via email or if needed, by phone.
The family will need to include their email, phone number, and a complete description of the type of assistance needed in the form.
The family can select to receive help in the following areas:
Missing, Lost or Damaged Course Materials – For faster service (but not required), please provide the name and SKU of the item. Look at your Orders in My Info for this information.
Online School Login and Navigation – Can’t login to the Online School, LC or Student Account issues, help navigating the Online School
School Email/Office 365 Help
Report an Issue within the K12 Curriculum or within the Online School
Update Address (for Independent Study users only) - If your student is enrolled in a public or private school, your address is part of your school records, and the school will need to make this update.
Technical Troubleshooting for your computer, printer, software and/or peripherals (headsets, keyboards, etc.) These types of requests generally require a phone call. A technical support agent will contact you by phone to help troubleshoot your computer equipment.
