📧 The Learning Coach (LC) will receive an email from registration@k12.com
titled:
"Welcome! Access Important School Account Info Here!"
📩 This email contains instructions to create the Online School (OLS) LC Account.
⏱️ If the email doesn’t arrive within 24–48 hours after your first student’s registration is approved, please check your SPAM folder.
🔘 Click the Set Up OLS Accounts button in the registration email.
✅ Click the Submit button.
🔒 Fill out all required fields. Please note:
🆔 You may select the system's auto-generated username or create your own.
❗ The system will prompt you on any username/password requirements.
❓ Select a Security Question and provide a memorable security question answer only you know.
🛡️ Note that teachers, school administration, and K12 Customer Support may request the Security Question to verify your identity.
🔓 Click the Sign Up button.
📄 A Confirmation page will display letting you know the LC account was created.
📥 Check your personal email to verify the account.
🧑🎓 Click Sign Up Student Accounts.
👤 Choose the student's name and click Select Student.
🖊️ On the next page, fill out the fields to create the student’s account credentials:
🧾 Username: The system will suggest one, or you can create your own.
📧 Recovery Email: Enter a personal email you or the student check regularly. This email will be used to recover the student's username or reset the password.
🔑 Password: Create one that’s easy for the student to remember. The system will prompt you on any password requirements.
❓ Security Question & Answer: Use one that’s memorable and private. Note that teachers, school administration, and K12 Customer Support may request the Security Question to verify your identity.
✅ After completing the fields, click Sign Up.
🎉 A confirmation message will appear:
Your Student’s Online School account has been created.
🔁 Click Sign Up Student Accounts again to repeat these steps for additional students.
