‼️ If the Learning Coach has not yet set up their Learning coach account, a student account can still be set up with the student Registration ID. See How to Create Student Accounts From the K12 School Login Page at the bottom of this article.

Guides to share with Learning Coaches:
Go to the K12 School (OLS) and sign in using your Learning Coach credentials.
From the Global Navigation Menu on the left, select Resources > My Account.
In the Student Settings tab, Click Edit next to the student’s name.
You can now update the student’s username, password, and/or security questions
Click Save or Sign Up to complete the process.
1. Go to K12 School (OLS). On the Login page, click on “Ready to set up your K12 School account? Get Started”.
2. The Account Sign Up page will display. Enter the Student Registration ID emailed to you. Click the Submit button.
Please note: Best practice is to copy and paste the Registration ID from the email to minimize errors. If manually entering the ID, be sure to enter all capital letters followed by a number.
3. Fill out all the required fields. When complete, click Sign Up.
4. A confirmation page will appear, indicating that the student account has been successfully created. You will also receive a confirmation email from K12-confirmation@k12.com verifying that your account setup is complete.
Please note: Repeat steps 1-3 for additional students if applicable.
