
K12 School login credentials for student K12 School accounts can be created during Learning Coach account set up; however, if this step was missed, the LC can return to the Account Sign Up page to complete this process for the students.
To do this, the Learning Coach will need the Registration ID that was included in the Welcome Letter. Look for an email from registration@k12.com.
If the LC cannot locate the registration welcome letter, staff can reach out to the student's Advisor or Operations team member who can locate the student's Registration ID.
How to Create Student Accounts or Reset Student Password From the Learning Coach Account
Go to the K12 School (OLS) and sign in using your Learning Coach credentials.
From the Global Navigation Menu on the left, select Resources > My Account.
In the Student Settings tab, Click Edit next to the student’s name.
Follow the prompts to finish setting up their account. Click Save or Sign Up to complete the process.
1. Go to registration.k12.com and enter the Registration ID as it is shown in your email. Important! Use only capital letters and numbers. Add the – with no spaces.
2. Click the radio button next to the student’s name and the Select Student button to continue. Note: If you have more than one student to set up, you will see their names in a list.
3. Fill out the form. When complete, click Sign Up.
