Questions to ask and troubleshooting steps to try:

​ Has the student been able to log into their OLS/OMS/OHS account? If so, the student should be able to access their email from their main page? Video on accessing school email from the OLS: https://www.help.k12.com/s/article/School-Email

·        If the student cannot log into the OLS, send this link: https://www.help.k12.com/s/article/Online-School-Login-Troubleshooting

·        Are they trying to log into outlook from a browser or phone? If so, could it be that they are entering the wrong username/password? Here is an article to share with them: https://www.help.k12.com/s/article/Unable-to-Access-School-Email
