βœ… Step 1: Receive and Prepare Return Items

πŸ“§ Reclamation labels are issued via email to the student's Learning Coach (LC) and mailed to the student's shipping address in PowerSchool.

  1. Emails come from K12-confirmation@k12.com or Computer-returns@k12.com.
  2. The reclamations packet includes a letter with instructions on how to return the computer equipment, as well as prepaid UPS labels to ship the equipment back to K12.
  3. Check your email SPAM folder and your USPS mailbox for these communications.
  4. The return list is also available in the Learning Coach’s My Info account.

Computer Reclamation Triggers

Several circumstances will trigger a computer reclamations email to go out to a family. 

  • When a student transfers out of a school

  • When a computer component or total replacement is needed (must be reported to Customer Support)

  • The family wants to decline the K12-issued computer if already received by family

πŸ“¦ Use original or sturdy boxes.

  1. Separate course materials and computer equipment into different boxes.

➑️ This will help prevent damage during shipping.

  1. Hold onto materials needed for incomplete or future courses.

🚚 Step 3: Ship via UPS

🏷️ Affix the prepaid labels to the outside of each box.
