Here’s a quick refresher on how to use User Feedback Tickets:
- Use the “Feedback” option in the global navigation menu.
- Submitting feedback from a specific activity or page helps the team pinpoint and resolve issues faster.
- Feedback sent from this area tells the team that there is a problem on the landing page:
- Feedback sent from here tells the team there is a problem with this specific activity inside the course:
- Once submitted, the user will get this confirmation. Once the ticket is triaged, it will move to “In Review” status, triggering an email confirmation with the ticket ID.
