đź§­ Submitting Canvas User Feedback Tickets

Here’s a quick refresher on how to use User Feedback Tickets:

  • Use the â€śFeedback” option in the global navigation menu.
  • Submitting feedback from a specific activity or page helps the team pinpoint and resolve issues faster.
    • Feedback sent from this area tells the team that there is a problem on the landing page:

 

    • Feedback sent from here tells the team there is a problem with this specific activity inside the course:

 

    • Once submitted, the user will get this confirmation. Once the ticket is triaged, it will move to â€śIn Review” status, triggering an email confirmation with the ticket ID.

Canvas Impact Support Center:

  • An in-platform searchable tool

  • Provides support articles based on your Canvas role: Admin, teacher, student, learning coach (observer).

  • Find support guidance without leaving the platform!
