Troubleshooting and Tickets

  • K12rit.com – This is the place for staff to go for anything wrong with their school email account and school-issued computer (actual computer issues, not systems issues). This is also where you go to have community inboxes created or people added to those since that’s a school email account.

  • Feedback button in OLS or OMHS – This should be used by families and staff if there is an issue with the curriculum itself. This feedback is sent directly to Product Development so the quickest way to get something fixed in the curriculum (wrong answer, broken link, incorrect info) is to send it using this button.

  • K12traininghelp.com – This is the ticketing system for the Teach360 team. This is the team that knows the OLS and OMHS inside and out. Staff should use this when they need help doing something in their course or when they just can’t get something to work like they want it to. These are the things that I refer to as “inside the curriculum” issues where the system is working correctly but staff need help setting it up right.
