SPD Support and Ticketing Steps

We're here to support you! Explore these resources for platform status updates as well as troubleshooting guides and contact information for our support team.

Reminder: When submitting an issue to teacher effectiveness, please remind your staff to include the following in their email:

  • Full name

  • The email address used to log on to SPD

  • School name and job title

  • Detailed explanation of the issue

  • Screenshots or a quick video demonstrating the issue if possible

Also, please only submit one ticket per issue. By including the information above, the SPD team will be able to resolve the issue much faster.
