How the Learning Coach Updates a Student's Username and/or Password

Locked Out of Account

Students can now be locked out from too many attempts to log in.

  1. families should get an email informing them that their account was locked due to incorrect login attempts, and they can utilize this email to unlock the account instantly.

  1.  Once unlocked, they can then use the forgot password button, if they do not remember the password.
  2. The LC can change the student password if the LC logs in to their account. https://www.help.k12.com/s/article/Learning-Coach-Update-Student-s-Username-and-or-Password  
  3. If they call K12 customer care, the agent will be trained to help the family.
