Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal Process Overview:


Content Teacher:

  1. If a family or student indicates they are withdrawing or moving out of state - notify the advisor as soon as you can. If it’s a live call or in person, try and collect the name of the new school they are attending and timeline for transition (ie last day at CASC) 

  2. Withdrawals at CASC will be processed on Tuesdays-Fridays 

  3. Update grades on Mondays. For students that are withdrawn, the transfer grades for the next school will be based on the students grade as of Tuesday morning of that respective week.

  4. For students that are non-compliant, they will be locked out of their curriculum prior to an administrative withdrawal being processed to allow for an appeal. A student being locked for more than 10 days would be considered excessive and would warrant a teacher reaching out to a lead for more information. ​
