Student Unable To See Courses In The OLS/OMS/OHS

Student Unable To See Courses In The OLS/OMS/OHS

Action Steps For Staff:

1. Log into TVS and check the student’s “Courses and Classrooms” tab. If no courses are showing assigned= Escalate to help@cyberacademysc.org or help@heronacademysc.org

2. If courses are showing assigned in TVS, as the example shows below,

Check to see if their compliance tab is showing “Not Approved.” If their proof of residency or enrollment survey are missing or have not been accepted, then this affects approval and, therefore, course uploads.

Please ask the LG to send their POR to cascenrollment@cyberacademysc.org or heronenrollment@heronacademysc.org

And/or to submit the enrollment agreement form

3. Check to see what the student’s start date is. Students starting the next cohort may not have schedules yet.

4. If the student: has all their required documents, has been marked as approved, have courses showing as assigned in TVS, and are not locked… and they still do not see their classes in the OLS/OMS/OHS, then please escalate to help@cyberacademysc.org or help@heronacademysc.org
