OLS Expected Progress Settings

For late starting students in the OLS.
Step 1: Skip lessons that they do not need to complete
Step 2: Divide the total number of UN-skipped lessons by the total lessons in the course.
Step 3: Enter this percentage from step 2 into the Modify expected settings completion goal field.
