How to Use the Search Bar in Zoho to Find Articles

Zoho provides a powerful search feature that allows staff to quickly find relevant articles and resources. Whether you need information on policies, troubleshooting guides, or forms, the search bar in Zoho makes it easy to locate what you need. This guide will walk you through the steps to efficiently search for articles.

Step 1: Accessing the Search Bar

1. Log in to your Zoho account 

2. Look for the search bar, usually located at the top of the interface.

Step 2: Entering Your Search Query

1. Click inside the search bar and type keywords related to the article you are looking for.

2. Use specific terms to narrow down results (e.g., “Emailing in TotalView Action” instead of “TotalView Action”).

Step 3: Opening an Article

1. Click on the title of the article that best matches your search.

2. Read through the content and use any related links for further details.

Step 4: Knowledge Base Page

1. You can also access articles by clicking on “knowledge Base” in the top menu bar.

2. Here, you will find the same search bar where you can type keywords related to the article you are looking for.

3. The Knowledge Base page is filled with articles organized in General categories you can click on.

Step 5: Saving or Sharing the Article

1. Bookmark the article for future reference.

2. If needed, copy the link and share it with colleagues.

3. Remember that only staff members have access to the Zoho articles. Forms should only be filled out and submitted by staff, unless the form clearly states that it is for a parent to fill out.
