HOW TO: Send Parent Square Alerts

Login to Parent Square
Go to alerts and notices, and click on new smart alert.
Click on "Add Recipients by uploading CSV" Upload student IDs in an csv file with the header student_id in the first column. It will match that to the LG phone number in the system.
Then type in your text message and type or record your phone message and click Next, it will try to text, and if it’s a landline, it will do the phone call instead.
Review Smart Alert and Click "Notify" or "Schedule"
