💻 Installing Company Portal to Download an App on Your Laptop

🔐 To ensure device security and compliance, all app downloads must first be enabled through Company Portal. Please follow the steps below carefully.

🪟 Step 1: Search and Open Company Portal

• Click on the Start Menu (Windows icon).
  
  

• Type Company Portal in the search bar.
  
  

• Click to open the application.

📂 Step 2: Click “Show All”

• Once inside Company Portal, select Show All to view available options.

🔑 Step 3: Click on “Local Admin”

• Locate and click Local Admin from the list of available selections.

⬇️ Step 4: Click “Install” or “Reinstall”

• Select Install (or Reinstall if prompted).

Important Notice:
Your computer will automatically shut down in two minutes.
Once you log back in, you will have a 30-minute window to download apps.

Please plan accordingly before starting this process.

🔎 Step 5: Download Your App

During your 30-minute access window:

• Search for the app you need directly from the Start Menu,
  OR
  
  

• Search for the app on the web and download it from the official website.
  
  

✅ You're All Set!

After your 30-minute window ends, download access will automatically close. If you need additional access, you will need to repeat the steps above.
