SC Learns Internal Transfer Process CASC to Heron/Heron to CASC

  1. Advisor, Counselor, Grad Coach, Principal contacts the family to discuss both schools and investigate why the family wishes to transfer.

  2. The Executive Director and Principal will approve any student transfer request from HVASC to CASC.

  3. If Heron is the right next step for the family, then the Advisor, Counselor, Grad Coach, Principal asks the family to go into the Parent Portal and request a k12 transfer, OR the family can complete this form CASC to HVASC Parent Request. 

  4. If CASC is the right next step for the family, then the Advisor, Counselor, Grad Coach, Principal asks the family to go into the Parent Portal and request a k12 transfer, OR the family can complete this form HVASC to CASC Parent Request


A student transfer between HVASC/CASC is never guaranteed.
