PEBA Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment with PEBA is held in October of each year. This is your time to enroll in or make changes to your coverage. You should review the PEBA open enrollment website for complete details on what you can change or enroll in and how to do so.

Please review the scenarios below to determine if you need to take any action.

I am not enrolled in any PEBA benefits and do not wish to enroll.

No action.

I want to enroll in or make a change to my dental coverage.
If open enrollment is in an odd-numbered year, you can make a change or enroll. If open enrollment is during an even-numbered year, you cannot make a change or enroll.

I am enrolled in PEBA benefits, I do not have a MoneyPlus plan (Medical Spending Account, Limited-Use Medical Spending Account or Dependent Care Spending Account), and I have no changes to make.

No action.

I am enrolled in PEBA benefits, I do not have a MoneyPlus plan as mentioned above, but I do need to change something.

Log into MyBenefits to make your changes.

I am enrolled in PEBA benefits, I have a MoneyPlus plan mentioned above, and I want to keep/change the amount of my MoneyPlus contribution.

Log into MyBenefits to re-enroll in or change the amount of your MoneyPlus contributions.

I have a MoneyPlus plan mentioned above, and I don’t want to keep the MoneyPlus plan.

No action. The MoneyPlus contribution will stop at the end of the year.

I want to enroll in or increase my life insurance and/or I want to enroll in or increase Dependent Life-Spouse insurance.

Complete a Notice of Election and send to hr@sclearns.org. If you need to do both of these, you will need to complete two NOEs. MetLife will follow up with you to obtain medical evidence.

I want to decrease my life insurance or my Dependent Life-Spouse insurance.

Log into MyBenefits to make your changes.

I am not currently enrolled in any PEBA benefits and would like to enroll for 2024.

I am unable to access MyBenefits to make a needed change.
